Vendor Registration is free. Companies providing goods and services register online on the PCA website https://www.pcamerica.org/vendors/registration and then you are manually placed on the PCA mailing list to receive notices of solicitations as they become available. If the company (1) responds to a solicitation and (2) is awarded a contract, then the company is a PCA Awarded Contractor. Awarded Contractors pay an administrative fee to PCA that funds PCA operations. The administrative fee does not increase costs to the Member because it is a is a component of the Vendor's overhead cost.
Register your company by going to https://www.pcamerica.org/vendors/registration and complete the Vendor Registration form and select your area(s) of expertise from the ‘Categories’ drop-down box (you may select up to 5 and ‘Other’ = if you need to type in specialties). PCA will vet your company and send you a password link and notifications of future solicitations.
If you registered more than 48 hours ago and haven't received login information: Vendors: First verify that your login information/password email is not in your spam/junk file. If it is not there, please email us on the 'Contact Us' page for assistance. If applying over the weekend, you will not get access until Monday because PCA vets your company before giving access to the website.
A PCA awarded contractor may solicit members for PCA: If your customer wants you to provide your goods and/or services and they are eligible; for PCA membership, have them sign up at http://pcamerica.org/members. Registration is FREE.
